Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you book a private charter or buy a ticket to a Luna Cruises event. By making a booking or purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms below.

Lucid Wealth Club Pty Ltd trading as Luna Cruises, ABN 20 671 784 302.
Bookings and payment
Private charters are confirmed once we receive your deposit of 50% of the charter price, paid at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due two weeks before your cruise date. Ticketed event purchases are processed through our ticketing platform and are confirmed at the time of purchase.
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations and changes
Private charters are confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the charter price, paid when the booking is made. The final balance is due 14 days before your cruise date.
If you cancel your private charter, your deposit is refunded as follows:
- Cancelled 90 days or more before the cruise — deposit fully refundable.
- Cancelled 89–60 days before the cruise — 50% of the deposit refundable.
- Cancelled 59–30 days before the cruise — 25% of the deposit refundable.
- Cancelled 29 days or less before the cruise — deposit non-refundable.
If you need to change a private charter, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Tickets for our ticketed events (such as New Year's Eve, Vivid Sydney, Boxing Day and Australia Day cruises) follow the refund terms shown on each event page — for most events, refunds are available up to 30 days before the event — except where required by Australian Consumer Law or where the event is cancelled by us.
If we cancel a cruise or event — for example due to unsafe weather conditions or a mechanical issue — we will offer you a reschedule or a refund.
Weather and safety
Our cruises operate in most weather conditions — the vessel has covered and indoor areas as well as open decks. The master of the vessel has the final say on all safety matters, including whether conditions are safe to depart, the route taken, and any decision to return to the wharf early. Safety instructions from the crew must be followed at all times.
Responsible service of alcohol
Luna Cruises is a licensed venue and follows NSW liquor laws. Alcohol is served responsibly, and we reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and will not be served alcohol. For some ticketed events, the cruise may be strictly 18+ — check the event details before purchasing.
Guest conduct
We want everyone on board to have a great time. We reserve the right to refuse boarding or remove any guest who behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive or disruptive, without a refund. Any damage to the vessel caused by a guest will be charged to the person or group responsible for the booking.
Boarding and timing
Please arrive at your boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The vessel cannot wait for late arrivals, and no refund is given for missed departures. Boarding points are across Sydney Harbour — King Street Wharf, Rose Bay, Circular Quay and others by arrangement — and will be confirmed in your booking or ticket details.
Liability
Guests take part in cruises at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Luna Cruises is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for personal injury, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
