From welcome drinks to the last pizza off the oven, everyone is in one place.

And it ends the quiet killer of work nights: the early departures. Nobody slips off after one more drink to beat the traffic — the only exit is the gangway. You finish the evening with the full team still standing, which is exactly what you hired the venue for.

Weekday and weekend departures are available year-round from King Street Wharf, Rose Bay, Circular Quay and more by arrangement. Tell us your guest numbers, preferred date and budget and we'll come back with a full quote including catering, drinks and wharf fees.

Yes. We can invoice against a purchase order and work to your standard payment terms. Just let us know your accounts process when you enquire and we'll match it.

Luna works for smaller groups right up to our full capacity. Smaller groups still get the whole boat — you're not sharing with another party.

Yes. There's a PA with a microphone for speeches, and a TV on board with an HDMI input, so you can plug in a laptop and run slides or play a video. The enclosed lower saloon works as a presentation space, and we'll build the run sheet so your formalities land at the right point in the cruise.

Send them through with your final numbers, at least 14 days before your charter. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available, and vegan cheese and gluten-free bases carry a small flat surcharge. Please note we're not able to cater for coeliac. If anyone has a serious allergy, flag it specifically and we'll talk it through with you.

Yes — pull-up banners, table signage and branded collateral are all fine. Tell us what you're bringing and we'll work out placement before the day.

Cruises run rain or shine. The lower deck is fully enclosed and the upper deck is covered, so the whole guest list can be under cover. In the rare case of genuinely unsafe conditions we'll reschedule or refund.

Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 90 days or more before your cruise, 50% refundable between 89 and 60 days, 25% refundable between 59 and 30 days, and non-refundable within 29 days. The full policy is in our Terms & Conditions, and we'll confirm it with your quote before sign-off.

King Street Wharf is the easiest for CBD offices — walking distance from most of the city. Circular Quay, Rose Bay and more are available by arrangement. We'll confirm the exact berth and boarding time a week out so you can put it in the calendar invite.

No — Luna is not wheelchair accessible. Stairs connect the decks, so guests need to be able to step on and off the vessel, and prams can't be taken on board. If anyone in your group has specific access needs, get in touch and we'll talk through what's possible.
